What is an XEOMIN INJECTIONS?
Xeomin has been used worldwide by thousands of physicians to treat patients for frown lines and wrinkles with excellent results.
Xeomin is a type of injectable neurotoxin (Botulinum Toxin Type A) that blocks the nerve impulses needed for contraction, causing relaxation and reduces the appearance of lines or wrinkles in the area.
The most common question asked is : “What is the difference between Botox and Xeomon?”
The main difference and what makes Xeomin so unique is in the formulation. Xeomin is a “naked” neurotoxin, only containing a single ingredient, while Botox and other forms of the Botulinum toxin contain proteins as well. These proteins are unnecessary, so Xeomin manufacturers uses a precise process to isolate the therapeutic component. The benefit of Xeomin’s pure form means patients have a lower chance of developing resistance (antibodies) that can limit its effects.
